I have been given positions of increasing responsibility, including crew, trainer, and crew leader, and was promoted to Supervisor at the age of nineteen.

Implemented improvements to theater, including a self-designed RFID system for restroom cleanliness as well as developed a VBA program within excel to streamline shift assignments.

My duties as a supervisor include:

• Managing operations of the entire theater.
• Managing crew of 10-15 associates, ensuring smooth operation of concession, cleaning, and guest services.
• Coaching and training associates on skills ranging from guest connection to sales techniques.
• Effectively completing assigned tasks and paperwork by the required deadline.

I worked with ID Tech as an online instructor for their 2021 summer camps.

My responsibilities included working with children, helping them learn new skills, and maintaining a fun and stable working environment for the class.

I planned and created a one week course that followed the requirements set by my employer.

I maintained a respectable, professional image for both the kids and the parents, while still being approachable and fun.

My leadership and teaching skills were further improved while employed with ID Tech.

I joined Molding Musicians my sophomore year of high school and continued through my senior year.

I learned to communicate well with young kids and taught them how to read sheet music and play the trumpet.

I created my own freelance film company that provides quality films for weddings, birthdays, and other events.

I employ excellent communication skills to direct my crew well and communicate with my clients to ensure they receive the level of service they expect.
